Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

Do you provide tracking information?

Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

I bought this for my daughter and she loves it! Very easy to put together as long as you have a second person! Directions were very easy to follow as well. My daughter loves the light feature especially after she realized it reacted to her music! She is so excited about his new bed frame. It is well built and sturdy. It also has a decent height off the ground too with enough room to have storage drawers under the bed. We ended up buying a platform bed because the turn we would have to make to get box frames up our stairs is too sharp and narrow to make it.

It's easy to assemble alone. Very sturdy. Looks wonderful, just like pictured. I will say that you will need a thicker mattress as a thinner mattress will slid under headboard, or your pillows will. I would recommend this bedframe to anyone looking for a lower frame. I love the rounded edges as my kids can't poke an eye put and are less likely to fall of the bed an get hurt since it's so low. I can still fit skim storage bins underneath or my shoes or some blankets.
