How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

What about customs?

Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

I was a little hesitant to purchase this pool cleaner. I have a 38' Grecian style in-ground pool and read a few reviews that the robot couldn't make it back into the shallow end once it went down the slope. As long as the robot (we named it Orca, well, because it looks like an orca) is fully charged, it has no issues going up and down the slope. I put it in the pool every morning, it runs for 90 minutes, I hose out the tray and then plug it back in. In the event there is a lot of debris in the pool, I may drop it back in again later in the day. I charge it overnight but I'm pretty sure it fully charges in about 4 hours. It may be less. The robot isn't capable of going up the walls so I just brush any algae etc. down before setting the robot off. And this isn't an everyday occurrence, just when there seems to be algae on the walls. Overall, I'm really happy with this purchase. I purposely waited a couple of months before adding a review so I could judge accordingly. Enjoy your robot!
This was my first year with a swimming pool and I was vacuuming every day just to make sure it stay clean but wasting a lot of time while doing so well I just bought this mighty vacuum set it and go when I come back to check the pool is clean I love this vacuum
Just got the robotic pool cleaner today and it cleans pool very well!! I have an above ground pool with a deck attached. Few weeks prior to getting the cleaner we had our deck repainted. Before the painted the deck the power washed it towards our pool. We had lots of paint chips in the pool. We vacuumed the pool twice and got alot of it out. WE couldn't see any on the paint chips but after using the robotic cleaner it picked up more. So far I love this product!!

I wish we got this sooner. It keeps our 21ft round above ground pool sparkling clean on the bottom. It gets worms, bugs,leaves,sandy dirt, feathers, small debri, pollen (in the mesh type filter inside unit) is easy to put in and take out of pool, easy to rinse out after cleaning is done and is easy to charge.
My pool is small. This cleaner does a fantastic job and even picks up the sand, which the Polaris would never do. I highly recommend it.
Though this item likes to spend more time in the deep end, it still covers the whole pool area. I really like how it picks up the very fine debris! I am always satisfied when I take it out and clean it. It is very easy to use and maintain. The charger unit has a red light when in use and a green one come on when it is fully charged.
It works great on an 18' round, 4' deep above ground pool. When it comes to the side of the pool, it just changes directions and goes backwards. It even picks up very small sticks and leaves. It runs for 1 1/2 hrs just like it's supposed to. I would recommend it.
I bought this vacuum 2 months ago..it has made cleaning the pool so much easier!! We have a 18 by 36 in-ground sport pool. It had no trouble going up and down both sides.. it does not do the whole pool on one session we do have to charge it once to finish.. but it pick up fine particles as well as larger ones. Very happy with purchase.
I didn’t really know what to expect, because at this price point it seemed far too good to be true, but this little sucker, well it sucks, but in a good way! I have not cleaned our 9,000 gallon inground plaster pool since September, it is now Feb, we have always had a problem with the roof shingle sand running off into the pool when it rains, and with the kids dragging in finer sand as they run between the pool and the yard. Even with our normal pool vac I have never been able to get it completely clean. This little guy easily sucked up 5 pounds of sand off the bottom. I wish I would have taken before and after pics, but I was really embarrassed by the state of our pool, but it did a phenomenal job.It was easy enough to get out of the pool. I just pulled the cord so it rolled to the edge of the pool and then pulled it straight up until I could grab the handle. I didn’t have the problems others have had with the contents leaking out. The instructions do say to install the brush on the bottom to keep it from leaking as well.In order to clean it you have to take the whole top off by unclipping the sides, I was able to do this fairly easy without destroying my nails.My only complaints are that the wheels are hollow so when you go to dump the contents they spill out into the inside of the wheels and it makes cleaning up take a little longer. Lastly the charging cable doesn’t fit in an exterior outlet nor is it weatherproof so I have to drag a wet vacuum into my house to charge it, but these are pretty mild all things considered.Fingers crossed it lasts awhile, I’ll update if it stops working, but I am very pleasantly surprised by this vacuum.
Worked great! Once the charge starts going down it doesn't want to come out of the deep end as good but does great over all. I'd buy this again.
If you start with a clean pool the 90 minute cycle is perfect. If not you will need multiple cycles. An automatic vacuum with a 90 minute cycles will not cover every inch of the pool and the movement of the vacuum through the water tends to move the light weight leaves on the bottom. Give it a few cycles over a couple days, then sit back and laugh at the neighbors that drag out the hose and the pole and the brush. Enjoy your pool!
Don't get it twisted this is not a $1500 side wall climbing liner scrubbing machine. What it does do though is clean large debris making manual vacuuming less frequent and removes the large debris so I don't have to stop manual vacuuming to clean the skimmer basket because the robot removed the larger debris so it didn't get clogged up. It takes a few times to find the setting that will make the robot do both the shallow and deep end but once I found it the robot has pretty good coverage of the pool. I didn't know if it was going to strong enough to propel itself from the deep end up the ramp back to the shallow side and it does. I have no regrets. That being said if you are looking for hands off pool cleaning and can afford it buy the $1500 robot.
I needed a pool cleaner that was light weight, easy to clean and maintain. I am so pleased with this cleaner! It picks up all the sand and grit. Relieves the burden on my pool filter. I no longer have to drag my heavy filter out and clean it every week. Each morning I put the cleaner in the pool and get a full 90 minutes of use with the result of a sparkling clean bottom. It is easy to take apart and clean. I let it sit and dry, then plug it in to charge for the next day. No more hoses to wrangle with or having to check if the cleaner is laying on its side, bumpers flapping not cleaning the pool. Pool cleaning is now easy with this little robot!
It is very easy to use and clean. It cleaned the pool in about 75 minutes and goes to side of pool once finished! Now we’llJust have to see how long it last as this was the first use! But after first use I am quite surprised and pleads with the result!Pic is from after use! My pool bottom hadn’t been clean by a Polaris or other pool cleaners for over a year!

Despite having a large Grecian style in-ground pool, the robot does its job perfectly as long it's fully charged. An added advantage is that it charges within 4 hours! Although it doesn't climb up the walls, a quick brush down before setting off the robot takes care of any algae on them. It has truly made maintaining my pool much easier and enjoyable!

We have an in-ground Grecian pool that slopes to the middle at 15º with short but steep (>60º) side walls that angle to the vertical. This little robot has no problem working its way around the entire pool. I just used the default settings and let it go. While our pool doesn't get that dirty, we no longer use the net to get stuff out of the bottom. This easily sucks up leaves, twigs, and insects that have settled to the pool floor. I use it once every few days then let it charge for next use.
I have a 21ft round above ground pool. I tried the smaller Seagull 600 but the battery wasn’t long enough. I decided to give this one a try and it works great. It picks up all the fine dirt and debris. I have not tHad it long enough to use on leaves.

We have an in-ground liner pool and this has been working fabulously! Our pool is 20 ft x 40 ft and in the 90 minutes of cleaning, this vacuum really gets around and does a fantastic job! We tried going with a traditional pool vacuum and were frustrated and disappointed by how much work and problems it ended up being. For inside my home I use a roomba, so thought why not try the same concept for the pool? You will not be disappointed. So easy to charge, use, and clean, and much more energy efficient than traditional vacuum hooked up to pump/filter.
